Not only are we not extraditing anybody to the International Criminal Court—we're not a party to any treaty— but we are also going to put sanctions on any of our allies who cooperate with the Criminal Court. There's a reason that Zohran Mamdani is saying this, and there's a reason Marco Rubio did a big press conference last week saying, "No, no, no, America is not extraditing anyone to the Criminal Court for trial." First, here's "Man-Commie": Interviewer: Israel's Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, is perhaps planning to visit New York for the UN General Assembly. You pledged during your campaign, and after you won, to order his arrest to comply with an International Criminal Court warrant. What will happen if he comes in September? Zohran Mamdani: Look, I believe that Prime Minister Netanyahu belongs in The Hague. He's a war criminal who has been charged by the International Criminal Court. And what you will find is that is an opinion that is held by many, purely because of what his actions have wrought over these last many years. Tara: Okay. Meanwhile, last week, Marco Rubio came out and said, "No, we're not—we're not cooperating with the International Criminal Court." Why did Rubio do this? Because the Democrats are running around saying, "In 2028, we are going to run on extraditing Americans for trial at the—it's called The Hague." Because the International Criminal Court is in The Hague. "We're—we're going to run on this." And you've had—and I've played a lot of the audio for you—here's James Carville, dean of the Democrat Party, explaining to—you know, he's talking about Pete Hegseth here. He's talking about the generals here. Uh, and he's also talking about—he's also said this about Trump and his family: "We—we may extradite you to The Hague. Uh, we're not going to protect you anymore." James Carville (audio clip): And then when it comes to this stuff you're doing in Iran, I got to tell you, you're getting really, really, really close to war crimes here. You're probably going to cross the line. And the one thing that Democrats are going to insist on in the 2028 election is that if you're indicted by the international courts in—we're not going to protect your ass. Not going to protect you. Understand that. And they're all going to turn on you. And you know who's going to turn on you? What's left of the Republican senators. There may be 43 to 45 of them left. Tara: They've been all over the television, saying this is what they're going to do. Republicans will be extradited to The Hague for trial. So this is why Rubio's getting in front of this and saying, "No, we won't. We're not, no. We're not extraditing, uh, you know, members of the Trump administration for trial." What Mamdani is doing is trying to set the precedent that, "Hey, people in America"—he's starting with a non-American, Netanyahu, a good place to start to build a legal precedent—"Hey, yeah, yeah, America, I know, it's incumbent upon us, we have to extradite them for trial." You start with Netanyahu, set that legal precedent, and then you work your way toward extraditing Americans you don't like for trial.
