NYT: Cold War Agreement Grants U.S. Sweeping Military Access in Greenland

from The Rich Zeoli Show

The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- Could the U.S. purchase Greenland from Denmark? Secretary of State Marco Rubio suggests it could be a possibility. But the New York Times argues that purchasing the territory isn’t necessary, as a Cold War agreement grants the United States “sweeping military access in Greenland.” 3:20pm- According to a statement from the Department of Homeland Security, a woman was shot and killed by immigration agents in Minnesota after attempting to run over ICE agents. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey accused ICE of “causing chaos and distrust” and stated: “To ICE, get the f*ck out of Minneapolis.” 3:40pm- In a post to Truth Social, President Donald Trump wrote: “I have just viewed the clip of the event which took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a horrible thing to watch. The woman screaming was, obviously, a professional agitator, and the woman driving the car was very disorderly, obstructing and resisting, who then violently, willfully, and viciously ran over the ICE Officer, who seems to have shot her in self-defense.”
