O Adonai

Series Title: Advent Antiphons Series Summary: In this advent season, we look at a series of passages from the book of Isaiah that are grouped together using the name O Antiphons, a ⁠latin term⁠ used in the ancient church where small bits of music (or refrains) are sung in the seven days leading up to Christmas Day when we celebrate Jesus birth. Passages: Isaiah 2:1-4 In this message, we focus on the third versus of O Come, O Come Emmanuel (or Lord of Might), invoking the image of the Lord of Might on mount Sinai, and invited to reflect on the term of Adonai.
