One of the most beautiful aspects of the Christmas story is the immediate response of those who encountered the newborn Messiah. The news of Jesus’s arrival made John the Baptist leap in his mother’s womb, inspired Mary to sing, and moved an elderly man in the temple to tears of gratitude. God invited everyone—from humble shepherds to royal Magi, from close family to passing strangers—to witness the miracle of the manger. Their responses reflected a heavenly scene of wonder, worship, and adoration. This Christmas season, the invitation remains open to “come adore” the Savior given to us.
