Já na quinta-feira, os deputados do Chega abandonaram - ainda que temporariamente - o hemiciclo da Assembleia da República, depois de Augusto Santos Silva ter repreendido o partido de André Ventura, confirmando que "sempre que o prestígio da Assembleia da República esteja em causa pode vossa excelência ter a certeza que eu intervirei".
