Construiu uma sólida carreira na  Pioneer Sementes, onde passou por diversos cargos executivos, chegando a diretor internacional e à Presidência da companhia no Brasil. Atualmente é sócio-executivo da SeedCorp|HO no Brasil, onde, como Diretor de Operações para região Norte, é responsável pelas áreas de manufatura, Comercial e Logística da empresa. Além de sua ocupação corporativa, possui uma consultoria de negócios e é produtor rural no estado do Tocantins. Ele nos traz uma história de sucesso no negócio de sementes e um profundo conhecimento do agronegócio brasileiro.
