Our playlist series is one of our favorite pieces of content that we produce, ironically for a brand that is committed to an all vinyl experience, this simply isn’t the case w/ “not vinyl.” For this episode of our not vinyl playlist series, we commissioned our homie Ryan Faith of Common Thread. I’ve known Ryan for a few years thanks to the food + beverage scene that has brought so many of us together. Shout-out The Rose 🗣 We’ve always found so much common ground on our mutual love for genuine hospitality and the desire to develop culture in our hometown through hospitality + design + music. Seeing Ryan and her team develop the Hospitality Atelier that is Common Thread is truly exciting, their work is pristine and high quality. We linked up on a Tuesday afternoon at Lp to chat about the playlist, the hospitality driven work her and her team are producing over at Common Thread and some observations on food + beverage + culture both locally and globally. Naturally our mutual love for the city of light resonates throughout. Ryan is that friend who would kill it, I mean KILL IT as a DJ but her priorities are elsewhere at the moment and we respect that.
