A Inteligência Artificial pode ser grande aliada no diagnóstico de doenças pulmonares ou cardiovasculares. Os algoritmos de IA são capazes de detectar com precisão e agilidade os sintomas mais comuns de algumas doenças, além de dinamizar o sistema público de saúde. Porém, é preciso observar de onde vem essas informações utilizadas, que geralmente são oriundas de bases de dados internacionais limitadas, não representando o público a ser diagnosticado. Nesse episódio, Laura Murta, Camila Pepe e Jonas Sertório convidam Eduardo Reis, especialista em neurorradiologia e informática médica e consultor médico de Inteligência Artificial no Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, para discutir a utilização da IA na prática médica.
