Nas últimas semanas, americanos estão debatendo a questão da renovação do programa que coleta “informações de inteligência estrangeira”, seja sobre espiões, terroristas ou criminosos cibernéticos no exterior – e sem mandado.  O programa, descrito na Seção 702 da Lei de Vigilância de Inteligência Estrangeira (FISA), faz com que empresas de tecnologia sejam obrigadas a entregar registros de comunicações, como chamadas telefônicas, mensagens de texto e e-mails, às agências de inteligência dos EUA, incluindo o FBI, a CIA e a NSA.   No podcast desta semana, André Miceli, Carlos Aros e Rafael Coimbra conversam sobre o debate que acontece nos EUA sobre os limites e a falta deles nesse programa, quais os perigos nessa vigilância e o que isso pode influenciar o Brasil.      Este podcast é oferecido pelo SAS.
