In 2004, 53-year old Oakey "Al" Kite was a middle-aged bachelor living in Aurora, Colorado. He had been living in the area for six years, working for a local Denver-based consulting firm.On May 22nd, Al dropped off his girlfriend at the airport. A few hours later, she called to let him know that she had made it safely.
