The old movie theatre was donated to the 2 churches that share Oakland Beach Saint Ritas and First Congregational Church on Oakland Beach Avenue as long as It remained a community center named The JONAH center of Oalkland Beach. What OB didnt need was another hurriciane hitting the small cottage village and they never really recovered to what it pnce was.
