Obesity have become a major problem in our society. Americans have spend Billions Of Dollars on health care due obesity. Since 2005 American have spends over 190 Billions Of dollars on obesity. Obesity causes high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases,depression and physical damage. Americans spend 50 to 100 dollars a week on fast foods individually. Most of the foods we consume on daily basis have GMO in it. Consequently it make us sick and our can’t break down those chemicals. America have the most fast food restaurant than any other nations that’s why we’re so obese. For us to be a healthy nation. We need to eat organic foods and exercise on daily basis.
