LIST YOUR FAMILY AND NEEDS IN A PRAYER JOURNAL“Don’t worry about anything. BE INTENTIONAL AND PRAY FOR RESULTS WHEN YOU FASTSince we are approaching the end of all things, be INTENTIONAL, purposeful, and self-controlled so that you can be given to PRAYER. - 1 Peter 4:7 (TPT)...? 6 Isn’t the fast I choose: To BREAK THE CHAINS of wickedness, to UNTIE THE ROPES of the yoke, to SET THE OPPRESSED FREE, and to tear off [and BREAK] EVERY YOKE? .... - Isaiah 58:1-6,11 (HCSB)THE REAL RESULTS OF EFFECTIVE PRAYER & FASTING:•  Break the Chains - Pray spiritual bondages be broken off those who are bound•  Untie the Ropes of Yokes - Pray that heavy yokes will be loosed off the imprisoned •  Set the Oppressed Free - Pray oppressive soul-ties & addictions be released •  Break the Yoke - Pray mental & emotional yokes will be broken, removed & destroyed6 SEEK the Lord while He may be found.
