Observations: November, month of death

In the northern hemisphere, November is a gloomy month that reminds us of death. It is a month in which we pray for the dead. It is a month in which we might profitably reflect upon our personal and communal relationship with death to more deeply know in the death and Resurrection of Jesus the role of death in our lives.
