Some people's well-meaning 'good advice' is other people's toxic trait just waiting to pull them under. Sometimes tough love, hard work and grit is the answer, yet sometimes it's the very root of the problem at hand. This week Bobby and I are talking about burnout and exhaustion whilst we reflect on the cause and effect of the resources, information and 'inspiration' that's at our fingertips these days. Ikigai is a Japanese word for the concept of having a reason for living or a sense of purpose.
