"The moment you stop looking at obstacles as problems and start seeing them as opportunities, is when the game changes!" ~ Casey Landon Today's guest, Casey Landon, started her career and active lifestyle through dancing which she began at the age of three. Eventually she began competing around the East Coast, and even participating as a soloist in the Youth American Grand Prix. Casey had the privilege of attending the Baltimore School for the Arts for high school, and then continued her education at Point Park University where she received her Bachelor's of Arts in Dance. Upon graduation, she accepted a professional contract with Holland America Line as a dancer and aerialist upon the M.S. Westerdam. In the recent years, Casey has found her love for health and fitness, and has shifted her focus into educating her clients on proper nutrition and training, helping them find balance and confidence.
