This week we catch up with World Champion ITU and Xterra triathlete Flora Duffy at her home in South Africa. We talk about how the sport of triathlon has changed for her through the years and how she came to love the sport again and become a multi time wold champion.  We talk about the struggles of expectations and how she has learned to deal with them and accept them.
