She actually has a special gift and talent that I don't think she even recognizes because it comes so naturally to her. Kerry has a way of noticing when members of our tribe are not feeling a part of, and she is able to connect and makes them feel comfortable and valued. She is quietly and unassumingly the glue of my favorite meeting and I adore her for it. Kerry doesn't like to talk about herself but she is always willing to share her experience if it helps someone else.
