Along with biblical & Darwinian allusions which depict our evolution and the murder of Abel by his wrathful brother Cain. If we are to assume the law of the jungle is right and true, like a Darwinian thinker might, then Bowman's transformation is an apotheosis. But if we see it from a moral, biblical perspective then Bowman is forever exiled from the Garden of Eden.
