Ocean Beach Pier to reopen after six-month closure, CHP begins its Maximum Enforcement Period, Pet safety during the Fourth of July

Repaired Ocean Beach Pier reopens ahead of Fourth of July celebrations. Damage caused by winter storms caused the city to close the pier on Jan. 6.
