Ocean Energy Skunkworks: How ARPA-E is Shaping the Future Tech of the Sea

Dan Rogers serves as a Tech-to-Market Advisor at the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy, where he focuses on transformative, high-impact marine technologies to address our society’s most pressing ocean-related energy and critical resource needs.
