Ocean Way Festival Brings Rock & Soul to Santa Monica | Entertainment and Celebrity News

Santa Monica is set to roar back with the new Ocean Way Festival, a two-day music extravaganza from Goldenvoice (makers of Coachella) hitting the last weekend in September. Day one explodes with rock legends The Killers, Jack White, and Sublime, while day two pivots to soulful vibes with Olivia Dean, Khruangbin, and Durand Jones & The Indications. This isn’t just another festival—it’s a citywide revival, designed to reignite the energy of past events like the Twilight Series and draw crowds amid shifting downtown retail. With Olivia Dean’s arena sellouts and sky-high resale prices, plus iconic headliners, it’s a major draw for locals and fans across Southern California. Tickets drop July 22 for locals and July 23 for everyone, with prices ranging from $229 for one day to $1,250 for the premium “Proper Beach Club” experience. Named after a historic street and studio, this is a deeply personal homecoming for organizer Nic Adler, son of legendary producer Lou Adler, bringing big music to the west side where he grew up.
