October 10 2016 - The Word of Christ

" Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful. Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God" (Col. 3:15-16). The heart of spiritual transformation is becoming more like Jesus. We fan the flame of becoming more like Christ when we allow ourselves to be saturated by His presence. When we allow His peace to rule in our hearts and His word to dwell richly within us, we will increasingly reflect Jesus in our lives.
