The immaterial part of who we are, our unseen self, is referred to in the Bible as our "Heart". Proverbs 4:23 exhorts us to "Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life." The Heart of man is the center of our thoughts, our actions, our emotions and our affections. Behavior flows from what the heart values. Transformation is rooted in heart change. God is "the heart knower" (Acts 15:8). He can reveal and heal the hidden beliefs, deceptions, and distortions of our heart that influence our behavior each day. Today, invite "the Heart Knower" to bring transformation to your heart.
