October 6 - The Comforter Within (John 14:16–18)

On the night before His crucifixion, Jesus promised His disciples that they would never be left alone: "I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, to be with you forever." (John 14:16–18) That Helper is the Holy Spirit: the Comforter who dwells within every believer, guiding, strengthening, and reminding us that we are never abandoned. In this episode of Bible Health Daily, Dr. Z explores how the Spirit's presence transforms both our faith and our health. Even in sickness, weakness, or emotional pain, the Holy Spirit comes alongside us to bring peace, wisdom, and endurance.
