Carl McCall, Citizens Budget Commission President Diana Fortunata, former New York City Deputy Mayor Marc Shaw, and Rita Nissan, Political Reporter, NY1 News. David Birdsell, Dean, School of Public Affairs, makes the opening remarks. Baruch President Waldron delivers the welcoming address. The panel discussion is moderated by Peter Vallone, Sr., former speaker of the New York City Council. Mr. Vallone is introduced by Ryan Meltzer, senior student, Baruch Chapter President, Golden Key International Honor Society. The event takes place on February 7, 2007 at the Newman Conference Center."
