OECD: COVID-19 is turning into a jobs crisis

from The Fight Against COVID-19: What's REALLY Going On

The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development is warning that the COVID-19 pandemic is turning into a jobs crisis, far worse than the global financial crisis in 2008. The agency predicts a 9.4% unemployment rate on average in OECD countries at the end of 2020. And the United Nations Secretary-General has stressed the need for decent jobs to boost the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
