Oestrogen Implants for Menopause with Victoria Hardy and Cat Jewitt

Today we have not one but two amazing guests, Victoria Hardy, author of My Menopause My Journal My Rules, aka @ginge_unhinged and Cat Jewitt Menopause, nutrition, training and mindset coach, aka menopause_pt. They talk to us about oestrogen implants which they have both had to battle to get, they tried other methods of HRT but it has failed.
