Ofer Yardeni – Maximizing Operations in 2021

This episode we feature an interview between myself and Ofer Yardeni from an event held by the Real Estate Lenders Association. Ofer is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Stonehenge NYC. Stonehenge, owns a portfolio of properties in Manhattan valued at approximately $1.9 billion comprised of 19 income-producing properties with 2,800 apartments representing 2.9 million square feet of prime real estate.  This is our second time having Ofer on the show and we welcome him back. Ofer is an expert on integrating technology into property management. Stonehenge was one of the first real estate firms to invest in and implement Salesforce and AI into their operations.  In 2021, tech is more important than ever, as it allowed Stonehenge to continue signing leases even at the beginning of lockdown.
