from The Andrew Carter Podcast · host CJAD 800
If you've ever driven through Saint-Lazare, you've probably noticed horses grazing peacefully behind fences. It's a beautiful part of living in that community, and for many people, the temptation is to walk over and offer them a carrot or an apple.
