Off The Underside are back with a brand new interview and this time around Jamie and Corrie sat down with manager and coach Alistair Heath to talk all things football. Alistair dived into his journey from dreaming of management as a youngster, to working at Leicester City during their legendary Premier League title win. Alistair opens up about his time in Cambodia with Angkor Tiger, the mistakes he made there, and the invaluable lessons he’s carried forward. We discuss what it truly takes to be a leader, how he believes the game should be played, and his views on how modern-day coaches approach the sport. Discipline, development, and the role of character in football are central themes throughout. We would like to thank Alistair for his time and being an absolute gent to the boys.
