Off Topic with....Audrey McCarthy

Listen along as Brandy chats with Audrey McCarthy, a 16 year-old grade eleven student with more confidence and positivity than most adults! She's witty, humble, sweet and is one of the youngest athletes to earn an SBG Niagara blue belt. They talk about martial arts, science, bunnies and why making eye contact with Brandy at the gym must be avoided. And, of course, they play a game....will Audrey be able to match Brandy at the alphabet game? Originally aired on 4680q on October 24, 2025
