They eventually reconnected and had a whirlwind romance. He cosigned on a lease for the defendant, but she never repaid, so he’s suing for unpaid loans. The defendant argues the plaintiff was abusive and is only suing her as revenge. She claims the plaintiff said he would cover rent. She’s countersuing for harassment.
