Often I find things hard to diagnose because I’m focused on the wrong thing. Whether it’s me talking to someone else about their problems or me trying to diagnose my own, I’m often wayyyyy off! So now what? Where do we start? The easiest suggestion is to just start… And don’t stop until it becomes a regular part of your life. By then, you won’t want to quit anyway LOL!
