2016 Session's Jimmy Ritchie Jimmy Ritchie was born and raised on Long Island, New York. He began DJ’ing at the age of 14 when he bought his first set of turntables, and mixer and started DJ’ing back yard parties. During his high school years living just east of NY City. He had his first opportunity to DJ at Speaks Night Club in Island Park, NY, which is now is the Bridgeview Yacht Club. From there It allowed him to have guest spots across New York, with residencies at some of the hottest Hampton night spots such as Summers, Neptunes, Marakesh, C.P.I,and Casey’s as well as the Oak Beach Inn, just to name a few. While being interviewed by a local newspaper he stated that,”His passion for the music really kept him focused on DJ’ing where ever he lived.
