She tells all about the highs and the lows, the mixed emotions, and how she deals with this daily whilst looking after her family and children.An honest and frank account of someone who truly has been through it all and believes in a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) is key to helping us cope and survive reminding us that PMA is FREE.
