The attorney for Elizabeth Siders, 33, has asked the judge in her case to have her mental competency evaluated and to possibly have her evaluated to determine whether she was legally insane. Siders has pleaded not guilty to 16 charges of child endangering. She's given birth to 18 children since 2008.
