Ohio State preseason practice No. 13: Linebacker plans explained and is Jay Timmons undeniable?

The Ohio State Buckeyes took the field Thursday for practice No. 13 of the preseason, and Doug Lesmerises and Bill Landis were there to talk with four players afterward to get the latest on the team. That group included three linebackers in TJ Alford, Riley Pettijohn and Christian Alliegro, plus cornerback Jermaine Mathews. The conversation on this episode focused on linebacker roles, what that means for freshman nickel Jay Timmons, and what Mathews is thinking heading into the season.
