THE Ohio State Buckeyes take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish this Saturday at 7:30 PM ET. Irish Head Coach Marcus Freeman will take on his former team this Saturday in an attempt to give Notre Dame its first win over Ohio State in several decades. Ohio State is a heavy favorite over the 5th-ranked Irish, as most betting sites have Ohio State winning by around two touchdowns or more. With QB CJ Stroud, RB TreVeyon Henderson, and WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba, the Buckeye offense should certainly score some points on Notre Dame. The question is, can Notre Dame score points on Ohio State's defense? TE Michael Mayer and RB Chris Tyree should be used often, to test Ohio State's front seven (a unit that was a paper tiger last year and struggled against solid OLs like Notre Dame's).
