Ohio State Football plays their first game in Ohio Stadium against the Youngstown State Penguins. The Penguins are coming off a 52-10 win and are ranked 25th in the FCS Polls. The Buckeyes, meanwhile, are coming off of a confusing 23-3 win over the Indiana Hoosiers. Quarterback Kyle McCord had an underwhelming performance against Indiana, and in spite of the defense dominating the matchup, Ryan Day did not give backup quarterback Devin Brown enough playing time to show off his athleticism and capability. Now that Ohio State is facing off against two limited opponents in a row in Youngstown State and Western Kentucky, it is critical that Ryan Day, Brian Hartline, and Jim Knowles prepare the Buckeyes for Big Ten play and for the first road game of the year against Notre Dame.
