Oil On The Beach

Recorded in 1977 at Uncle Dirty's Studio Kalamazoo Michigan. This was a regional hit over the summer that year. The guitar riff came to me in a dream and I woke up to write this song. We did this in an afternoon on a 16 Track 2" tape reel with a $500 budget. The version you hear here was copied from the 45 rpm record so, you can still hear some pops and needle noise. As I had no management or money to promote the record it didn't go far.
