From my 2001 album Asleep Inside. I drove a '97 Cheverolet Impala when I was 16. I cut my teeth on Paul Simon and Bruce Springsteen when I got my first guitar in 7th grade. This is one of my favorites. For 4 years I burned down everything around me. Drugs, alcohol, hospital ER check-ins from it all. My life was thrown away. Music helped save me.
