Oklahoma Lands Top Transfer Center | Oklahoma Sooners Basketball News

Oklahoma just pulled off a major transfer coup, landing Duke Brennan — a top-tier center from Villanova — for the 2026-27 season. With an extra year of eligibility thanks to recent legal rulings, Brennan becomes a rare late-summer addition, and Oklahoma was aggressive in securing him over Ole Miss and USC. A double-double machine at Villanova (12.4 ppg, 10.3 rpg), he brings instant SEC-level rebounding and scoring punch to Norman. This move pairs perfectly with their earlier signing of BJ Edwards, creating a stacked frontcourt and backcourt as OU aims to return to NCAA Tournament contention.
