The Boy's are back in town having a good old chat and catch up.

Both Martin and Patrick have been poorly, so a health update is discussed including back issues and cracked feet including some remedies and treatments , rightly or wrongly.

A couple of weeks ago the boy's discussed "Things your Mother use to say" which was received well by our listeners, so Patrick has been doing some digging and research and looked into old tales and old wife tales from the past.
