Old Dominion Adds Big Man Weluche-Ume

Old Dominion just got a monster upgrade with the addition of six-foot-eight forward Zamoku Weluche-Ume, a proven scorer and rebounder from North Carolina A&T who brings elite size and physicality to the wing. After starring at N.C. A&T and earlier playing for George Washington, Weluche-Ume also boasts elite international experience, including stints with the London Lions and representing England at youth levels. Coach Mike Jones sees him as the key to taking a major leap in Sun Belt play — and he’s poised to make an immediate impact for the Monarchs.
