Old Dominion's Battle Scores Career-High in Win

Old Dominions mens basketball team secured a home victory over Louisiana, with Norfolk native Jordan Battle scoring a career-high 27 points. The Monarchs dominated inside, outscoring Louisiana 44-28 in the paint. This win marks their best stretch of the season, with three victories in the last four games. Coach Mike Jones attributes their improvement to veteran leadership and better ball movement. The team, now 9-18 overall and 6-9 in the Sun Belt, will face Southern Miss, Marshall, and Georgia State in their final regular season games before the Sun Belt Tournament.
