Die heilende und pflegende Wirkung von Ölen ist seit Jahrtausenden bekannt: Erst die alten Ägypter, dann meine griechischen Vorfahren und später auch die Römer - sie alle hatten großes Wissen über Öle. Wir alle kennen das wohlige Gefühl, dass uns bei einer Massage mit einem angenehm warmen Öl umschließt: Unsere Riechnerven geben die Duft-Signale ins Gehirn und können auf diese Weise unsere Stimmung und Gefühle beeinflussen. Öle können aber auch direkt über die Haut (vor allem über unsere Schleimhäute) in unseren Körper gelangen und dort entspannend, beruhigend, anregend oder heilend wirken. Aufgenommen über die Nahrung liefern Öle essentielle Bausteine für unseren Körper, wie z.B. Omega-3-Fettsäuren. Sie haben antioxidative und entzündungshemmende Wirkungen und liefern wichtige Vitamine und Mineralstoffe. Öle sind Teil meines täglichen Lebens und ich nutze sie auch zur Pflege meiner Haut und Haare. In dieser Podcast-Episode verrate ich Euch meine ganz persönlichen Lieblings-Öle: Olivenöl, Wallnussöl, Arganöl, Schwarzkümmelöl und Sesamöl.
