Oli and Louis Leimbach - Lime Cordiale

This week we meet Oli and Louis Leimbach, founders of the band Lime Cordiale. The brothers have recently partnered with Endeavour Group’s Pinnacle Drinks to release two beers under the Largo brand and I speak to them about the origins of the partnership and the development of the beer, as well as a surprising amount about band riders. Theirs doesn’t prohibit brown M&Ms, but is explicit about the beers they want. We are also joined by Hayley Martin, Lead Quality Specialist with Pinnacle Drinks, to learn about the process the company went through to attain robust carbon neutral certification.
