Olivia Babiec, Head Distiller, Ko'olau Distillery

Olivia Babiec is the head distiller at Ko’Olau Distillery. She began her distilling career in Philadelphia in 2015 and joined the Ko’Olau team in 2021. Ko’Olau was founded in 2018 and is a disabled veteran owned business. Their flagship product is Old Pali Road Whiskey, she joins the fellas to talk industry, whiskey and the challenges that come with working in the farthest reaches of the supply chain. Pour one up and vibe with them.
