Olivia Chow wants to create a 'caring' Toronto

This week on the show, national politics reporter Stephen Wentzell sits down with Olivia Chow, currently running for mayor of Toronto. The two discuss her platform, her history and why she believes it's all about love and 'creating a caring city.' "People in Toronto are feeling stuck.
